Communication with TPI Expeditor needs to coordinate with Inspection Agency/ Third Party Inspector (TPI) to clear all the hold points as per Inspection & Test Plan (ITP). These inspectors are contracted through EPC organization. Expeditor to have good contact with Third-Party Inspector and ensure there shall be no communication gap to avoid any delay in deliverables or hold points.   Life of Expeditor is full of communication, follow-ups and giving confirmation on shipping release of various materials, equipment to suppliers from the day one of introduction to last day of material at site/workshop. Expeditor to organize the kick-off meeting with EPC contractor, engineering consultant and Supplier’s team. Attendees will be from Commercial, Expediting, Technical, Inspection Coordination and Transportation. Minutes to be prepared and recirculated to all the team members.
